Advanced Appliance Solutions Inc provides what we call our Free 5 star service plan with every appliance repair service call. We start with the appliance you are having issues with. After the repair is complete and the appliance is back in working order that’s when we turn our attention to your other household appliances. Checking to see that your dryer vent is working properly, removing the cover on your refrigerator and checking that the condenser coils are not clogged, next we walk you through proper maintenance of all your other home appliances. Before we leave your house our technician will ask if you have any other questions about your appliances.

How we do it:  

We first start with getting all appliance information, the nature of the problem, make and model of the appliance, and the time you would like the appliance repaired. After scheduling your service appointment, based on the symptoms you described we look for part availability in our inventory and local parts stores. When we arrive at your home we confirm the appliance issue and make the necessary repairs. If for some reason you decide not to have the appliance repaired we charge a flat rate of $99.00 for the diagnose trip fee. (Check for monthly Internet specials) (Home Advisor)

“Exceptional service! The service appointment was within a couple of hours of my call.  Dean was very professional, communicated clearly, quickly diagnosed the repair/parts needed, gave the cost before finishing, was very efficient with his time. He cleaned up the area and showed me the parts that were replaced. He offered advice on the  care and maintenance  of my other appliances. He also looked at my non-functioning dishwasher and got it working at no additional charge, even though I offered. I would strongly recommend his business services to my friends and family!”

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. As the other reviewers stated, he arrived on time, put on shoe covers, diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator quickly and fixed the refrigerator. His prices were fair and his work flawless. He left the refrig cleaner than when he started! I especially liked that he left a printout on maintaining all the household appliances.
