We charge $69.00 to come out and diagnose your appliance. Once we know what part is bad and the cost of that part you decide if you would like to complete the repair. If you decide to complete the repair it would be an additional $50.00 labor and what ever the part cost. If you decide not to complete the repair you just pay the $69.00 diagnose trip fee.
We do not charge by the hour like other companys, we charge a flat rate fee. If the job takes 8hrs and multiple trips you still only pay the flat rate of $119 plus parts for your repair.
