F11 error fault code is a communication error code.

Whirlpool washer error code f11 is a communication fault code between the machine control (ccu) and the motor control (mcu). This can be a very hard problem to diagnose, it could be a loose wire or defective wire harness, motor issue and or one of the control boards is bad. The problem is that most of the parts involved with this error code are in general very expensive.

The first thing you can do is visually check all your wires going to the controls and motor. If you find nothing visually wrong I would recommend calling a trained technician to complete the diagnostic process.
